After college I began my career in the Information Technology field. Working in the Database Administration Group until I left in 1994, realizing that there were a lot of lessons to learn and the only way to do that is to get out there and learn them. Starting my first business in college in 1981 and several more until I created the NueStart companies, which are composed of LUCA Financial Services, LUCA Insurance Services, NueStart Financial Services, Williams Landmark Real Estate, and NFS Commercial, I understand what it means to be a lifetime investor.
I am a Financial Strategist and Asset Optimization Specialist, Certified Foreclosure Specialist, Pre-Foreclosure Coach, and Shortsale Specialist. I am knowledgeable in 1031 Exchanges, Self Directed IRA’s, Trust’s, insurance uses for Wealth Preservation and Accumulation, and Real Estate Investing. I am also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Commercial Loan Specialist and Real Estate Broker. I am knowledgeable on the pro’s and con’s of IRA’s, 401K’s, 457’s etc.
Trained and mentored by Douglas R. Andrews, author of four books with a fifth on the way, in the Missed Fortune concepts, I am Missed Fortune TEAM Certified, and a Missed Fortune Associate. I am passionate about helpng people “Optimize Their Assets”. I believe the human spirit through source is a very wondrous thing as it causes us the expansion we so much seek. My greatest paasion is to be in alignment with the vibrational escrow I have been creating my entire life. In my work using financial services, wealth planning, real estate, mortgage planning, and insurance I am able to dig deep into where most spend the majority of their time, usually stressing, and help them to capitalize on the source energy in our universe and apply it to their financial lives.
